The 42' Spike Aerator has TWELVE galvanized steel disks with twelve spikes that make a hole up to 2 inches deep. Each disk rotates independantly, resulting in better aeration as the holes are staggered and protecting the disk points from bending. The 42' Spike Aerator delivers a total of 144 aeration holes every 12 to 24 inches, depending on tractor speed and soil.

The 42' Spike Aerator has a hitch with multiple locking deck heights, making it compatible with all riding lawn mowers and lawn tractors. The locking pin is coated to prevent rusting or wear and is held in place by the cotter pin (also coated to prevent rust or wear). The tow bar is steel reinforced to prevent bending, warping or wear.
